How do I
add an event
to the website and to the e-mail list? |

Go to the
Add Events page and submit and save your
information.
The event will get on the calendar and on the e-mail
list within approximately 72 hours.

If your event must get on the calendar ASAP (within 72 hours),
send me an e-mail after you
add your event via the
Add Events page. Don't
forget to specify in your e-mail which event your are writing about.
Although I
will do my best to add it as soon as possible, I can not promise
I will be able to. Please try to plan ahead as best as you
can. |

How can I make
changes to an existing event? |

|
Same as adding an event, go to the
Add Events page and submit and save your
information (make sure to select "Update to an
Existing Event" on the form.) The changes should get on the calendar and on
the e-mail
list within 72 hours or so after they are saved. |

get on the distribution list to receive
the list of events via e-mail? |
|

Using the e-mail account where
you want to receive the updates, send a blank e-mail to the
e-mail address below. You will automatically get added. |

Follow the steps above to "un-subscribe" your old e-mail address
from the e-mail list and then to "subscribe" your new address.
